I’m A Celebrity star Adam Thomas has gained the support of David Haye’s former partner following a dramatic All Stars series. The boxer, 45, and Waterloo Road actor, 37, clashed in South Africa, with David taking aim at Adam for sitting out some of the show’s challenges.

During the explosive reunion last week, Adam reportedly snubbed a handshake from the former heavyweight champion, who accused the father-of-two of lacking the “mental strength” to compete on the show, despite later offering an apology.

Now, Adam has received a public show of support from David’s ex-girlfriend, Una Healy, who the boxer dated three years ago. Taking to Instagram and sharing a photo of his son Teddy, who beams proudly alongside four trophies from his dance competitions, Adam wrote: “One thing I’ve learnt though is as you get older you start to realise, it’s not about trophies or crowns, none of that really matters.

“I already won a long time ago. Everything I need is right here.” The Saturdays star Una liked the post, demonstrating her support after David allegedly wound Adam up so much during the I’m A Celeb reunion that he hurled his crown of flowers to the ground in fury.

In what proved to be one of ITV’s most turbulent broadcasts in recent memory, former boxer David and ex-footballer Jimmy Bullard once again squared off with Adam.

The actor had also fallen out with the pair while in the jungle, with Adam recently admitting that David’s comments had “broke” him.

David faced fierce criticism for labelling Adam “useless” after he declined to take part in a trial due to a medical condition.

Tensions also ran high between Adam and Jimmy when the former football star pulled out of a trial, putting Adam at risk of an early exit from the show.

Despite the programme having been filmed several months prior, the bad blood between the three had clearly not subsided.

On Friday during the live finale, as Adam was crowned winner, Haye reportedly taunted him, saying: “You’re not a worthy winner,” to which Adam hit back: “This is bullying.”

An individual dressed in a red and blue shirt, along with a vest, is reclining on the ground. Their head is resting on their left hand, while their right hand is positioned on their knee. The setting appears to be an outdoor area with rocks and dirt.

Una, meanwhile, had shed some light on her now notorious relationship with David.

Speaking to The Sun, the mother-of-two acknowledged that she hasn’t had the “best track record” in matters of the heart, she said: “I’ve moved on so long ago from all that.”

Asserting that she now has firm “non-negotiables”, she went on: “You live and learn in life. I think that I’ve learned now what I don’t want, and I’m going to have my non-negotiables, what I will not tolerate or put up with.
