PRINCESS Anne’s son Peter Phillips and nurse Harriet Sperling have announced the date of their wedding.
The summer wedding will be a private ceremony set to take place in Cirencester.


Today the couple announced they will tie the knot on Saturday, June 6, 2026.
An official statement said: “Mr Peter Phillips, the son of HRH The Princess Royal and Captain Mark Phillips and Ms Harriet Sperling, daughter of the late Mr Rupert Sanders and Mrs Mary Sanders of Gloucestershire, have today announced their wedding date.
“The summer wedding will take place at All Saints Church, Kemble, Cirencester on Saturday 6th June 2026 in a private ceremony.
“Both families have been informed jointly of the wedding date by invitation.
“Their Majesties The King and Queen, The Prince and Princess of Wales have also been informed of the announcement.
“Further details will be announced in due course.”
Peter, 48, is the eldest child of eldest child of Princess Anne, first cousin of Prince William and 19th in line to the throne.
He proposed to NHS paediatric nurse Harriet last year after a year of dating following their reported meeting at a sporting event in 2024.
The princess’ son was previously married to Autumn Kelly and the couple share two daughters, Isla, 13, and Savannah, 14.
His fiancee, 45, is also parent to a teenage girl, Georgia, and was a single mother before meeting Peter.
