America’s royal couple are officially married in what guests called a ‘deeply moving’ and ‘loving’ ceremony on Friday evening.
Good Morning America host George Stephanopoulos was the first attendee to comment on the festivities, saying that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s vows were ‘everything you would hope – for, real, vulnerable, serious, silly.’
At exactly 7.30pm on Friday night, Madison Square Garden lit up with pink neon signs that read ‘JUST&T MARRIED!’ as Taylor Swift‘s publicist sent an email blast confirming the pop star exchanged vows with NFL star Travis Kelce.
Hollywood actor Adam Sandler officiated the ceremony in front of 1,000 celebrity guests, with Stephanopoulos praising Sandler’s performance as ‘funny and touching.’
The bride had her brother Austin Swift by her side as her ‘Man of Honor,’ while the groom chose his brother Jason Kelce as his ‘Best Man.’
The couple both wore custom Christian Dior Haute Couture on their big day, designer Jonathan Anderson’s first couture wedding dress for a world-renowned megastar. The bride complimented her look with Cartier jewelry and custom Christian Louboutin shoes.
Bradley Cooper kicked off the glamorous guest arrivals in a dashing tuxedo on Friday, while the bride prepared with best friend Gigi Hadid in her downtown Manhattan home.
Mega-watt celebrities Jay Z and Steven Spielberg jetted into the city on helicopters from the Hamptons ahead of the big bash.
Swift and Kelce partied late into the night on Thursday for their ‘rehearsal dinner’ with 100 of their closest friends, including Hadid, her partner Cooper, Selena Gomez and Jack Antonoff.
Guests started to arrive at the venue at 3.30pm ET, and city permits suggest the extravaganza could go on until 4am. However, stars like Tom Brady and George Stephanopoulos were seen ducking out of the reception before 10pm.

In a statement to ABC News, George Stephanopoulos broke his silence on the wedding of the year.
‘The ceremony was great, moving. Adam Sandler, funny and touching,’ he began.
‘Vows, everything you would hope for, real, vulnerable, serious, and silly. Deeply loving. Who knew that a wedding in Madison Square Garden could be so intimate?’

TMZ reported that the song was ‘humorous yet touching and was all about their love.’
The actor served as their officiant, marrying the pair in front of a thousand celebrity guests.
