Katie Price has fumed at Peter Andre and his management team for keeping her distanced from daughter Princess as she turns 18
Katie Price has torn into her ex Peter Andre as she revealed she was BANNED from their daughter Princess’ 18th birthday party.
The mum ranted about the snub on the latest edition of her Katie Price Show podcast as she opened up to her sister Sophie.
Starting this week’s episode with a happy birthday to Princess, Katie said: “Princess is now officially an adult so mummy and Princess can now go out together. If certain people would let her be seen with me,” she scathed.
“I noticed in her 18th birthday pictures she was wearing the shoes you bought her for Christmas,” said Sophie.
“Oh did she? I love that,” said Katie, as she acknowledged the small inclusion.
“Everyone knows she’s doing this documentary – and I’m not in it,” Katie added. “Certain people don’t think it’s good for Princess to be seen with me. Certain people that used to look after me.”
“You aren’t on brand Katie. You are too risky Katie that’s why,” said her sister. “It’s pathetic. I’m her mother,” snapped Katie.
“It’s so sad,” she went on. “When certain people who used to look after me are now looking after…” Katie was then interrupted by sister Sophie who urged her to ‘save it for another day.’ Katie was seemingly referring to Peter Andre and their old PR team who now manage her ex husband and their children Junior and Princess.
“I’m just saying,” Katie fumed. “Princess was like ‘I’m having a party’. And I wasn’t invited because it was for ‘filming.’
“Oh of course it was!” said Sophie sarcastically. “I wonder what restaurant did that for free,” she quipped.

“Of course mummy wasn’t invited because it was for filming,” Katie fumed again.
“So are we going to have an 18th party for her? A ‘real’ 18th?” mocked Sophie.
Katie hit back: “The fact is there’s stuff my daughter is doing and I’m not allowed to be seen at any of it.
“Certain people who are filming Princess’ documentary used to do my filming. It’s fine, it’s just there’s always conflict of interest. People will cotton on to this. So we do have to do something for Princess’ 18th,” said Katie.
Sophie then asked if the teenager would be able to go to the Isle of Wight with the family to visit their terminally ill mum Amy.
Katie replied saying she hoped Princess would have finished filming by then so it was possible she could join them.

It had been speculated that Katie had ‘snubbed’ her daughter’s birthday of her own choice after she was seen holidaying in Ibiza during the celebrations.
Katie jetted off to the party island after undergoing more cosmetic surgery – treating herself to a Brazilian Bum Lift after being unhappy with previous work to enhance her rear. Her recovery has gone off with a bang with Katie pictured at Wayne Lineker’s Ocean Beach Club, where she was seen hanging out with the host and fellow guest Conor McGregor.
A source told the Mail :”The last few weeks have been really special for Princess. She’d been filming her very own television show as she approached her milestone birthday, and has been working really hard behind the scenes on her career as an influencer.
“Meanwhile, her mum has once again been hitting the headlines for all the wrong reasons. She’s been partying and posing in her bikini and getting lots of attention in the process.

“It should be Princess’s time in the limelight but, sadly, Katie just can’t help herself. She’s been doing everything she can to keep herself in the papers. Anyone who knows Princess will say she loves her mum but, equally, she is very difficult at times.
“Nobody around Princess wants that for her, so it was very much for the best that Katie wasn’t at the bash. She was never going to be part of the celebrations, she wasn’t invited.”
Katie has previously revealed she hasn’t spoken to Peter Andre since their split 16 years ago. They were married from 2005 to 2009 after meeting on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Despite co-parenting children, Junior and Princess together their communication is solely through legal teams.
Former glamour model Katie has attempted to reach out to Peter, who she has called the one true love of her life, but the singer has failed to respond to her pleas.
Speaking on Paul Brunson’s podcast We Need to Talk this year, Katie was asked to clear up the rumours about her leaving Peter heartbroken when she cheated on him.
