MAFS Australia’s Mel Schilling forced to yell at groom in final E4 scenes
The latest episode of MAFS Australia ended on a tense note as late expert Mel Schilling was forced to defend her co-star

Late MAFS expert Mel Schilling was forced to yell at an ‘unacceptable’ groom in her final scenes on the experiment.
In Wednesday (May 13) night’s reunion episode, the couples returned for one final grilling by the experts. While four pairs reached Final Vows, only Filip and Stella have survived in the real world.
One notable couple that split up before the end of the show was Tyson and Stephanie, who seemed like a good match on paper. Tyson, 30, proudly holds traditional values and believes women should submit to their male partners.
Reflecting on his comments during the reunion, Tyson admitted that he could have “worded things better”. But he soon sparked drama as he clashed with sexologist Alessandra Rampolla, forcing Mel to step in.
Alessandra started their back-and-forth when she asked about Tyson’s desire for “control” in relationships.
“You’ve mentioned the word ‘control’ a few times in regard to being in control of the household,” the expert explained. But before she could finish her sentence, Tyson rolled his eyes.
Alessandra continued: “The eyerolling doesn’t help. May I finish, Tyson? Can you listen? It is interrupting my communication to you, and this is the problem because I am a woman, and because I am a woman, you’re not even showing the respect to listen to me.”
The entire time she tried to get through to him, Tyson kept speaking over Alessandra’s advice.
Mel didn’t let him get away with it and yelled, “Stop speaking over her! Tyson, this is unacceptable!”

The episode ended on a cliff-hanger after Mel raised her voice, with the rest of the reunion set to air tomorrow (May 14).
Fans were thoroughly impressed by the late MAFS icon, taking to X to share their verdicts. “Mel is RAGING with Tyson. That was brewing #MAFSAU #MAFSAustralia,” penned one.
