For Mitchell Moses, some of the biggest victories in life no longer happen on the football field.
The Parramatta Eels star and his wife, Bri Gardoni, are celebrating the arrival of their third child, marking another unforgettable milestone for their growing family.

A beautiful new arrival
The couple announced the joyful news on Instagram, introducing their newborn son to the world.
Alongside a collection of heartfelt family photos, Bri revealed their little boy’s name: Archie Cruz Moses, who was born on June 26.
The images captured Mitchell lovingly holding his son, while the family’s home was filled with excitement as everyone welcomed its newest member.
Two proud big sisters
Archie joins older sisters Aspyn, three, and Blair, one, who were photographed meeting their baby brother for the very first time.
The touching family moments reflected just how excited the girls were to step into their new roles as protective big sisters.
Sharing the announcement, Bri described their hearts as “fuller than ever” and said the family had already fallen completely in love with their little boy.
Messages pour in from across the NRL
The announcement quickly attracted an outpouring of love from friends, teammates and fellow NRL stars.
Players including Angus Crichton, Bailey Simonsson, Clinton Gutherson, Josh Addo-Carr and Luca Moretti were among those congratulating the couple as they celebrated the newest addition to the Moses family.
For many, it was another reminder that some of the game’s fiercest competitors are just as proud of their roles at home.

A moment Mitchell didn’t have to miss
This birth carried special significance for Mitchell.
When his first daughter Aspyn was born in 2022, the halfback made the difficult decision to remain with the Parramatta Eels as they chased their first premiership in 36 years.
Preparing for a crucial match in Townsville, he watched the birth of his daughter through FaceTime before taking the field—a sacrifice that attracted widespread attention at the time.
Now, several years later, Mitchell was able to be by Bri’s side in person as they welcomed Archie into the world, making the occasion even more meaningful for the family.
Building a life beyond football
Mitchell and Bri became engaged in early 2023 before celebrating their marriage at a lavish ceremony in January 2024.
Since then, life has become increasingly centred around family, with three young children now filling their home with laughter.
While Mitchell continues leading the Eels on the field, it’s clear that his proudest role today is the one waiting for him after the final whistle.
With the arrival of baby Archie, the Moses family has entered another exciting chapter—one filled with even more love, unforgettable firsts and memories still waiting to be made.
