Star’s fiery rant over claims he is ‘grossly underweight’
A reality TV star has revealed the shocking truth behind his dramatic transformation after facing fierce backlash over his appearance.
Jack Osbourne has hit out after he was accused of being “grossly underweight”.
The reality TV star, 40, has now decided to reveal the truth about his weight loss after facing backlash from fans since leaving the UK version of I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here.
During his time in the jungle at the end of last year, Jack shed six kilos after living off a basic diet of rice and beans, leaving him at 70 kgs, his lightest adult weight.
Today, the fuming star took to TikTok to vent about fans who had called him “underweight”.
Jack said: “I cannot believe I’m having to actually make this f***ing video.
“If I see one more article written about me saying how ‘I’m sick, I’m grossly underweight.’
“What’s going on? It’s f***ing insane.”

Continuing, he said: “I have lost no weight since I got out of the jungle doing I’m A Celebrity, what? Six months ago?
“I’ve been the same f***ing weight. The only difference is I shaved my beard and opted for a creepy moustache.
“That’s the only f***ing difference.
“Now if we want to back up and we want to get real f***ing personal, I’ve been consistently but slowly losing weight for the last three and a half years.
“I shot up to about 220 pounds three and a half years ago and decided that I wanted to make some changes.
“So I did. What’s the big fucking deal?
“I’m five foot eight and a half and a 155 pounds (around 70 kgs). It is perfectly healthy.”

The star then went on to reveal how he “trains f***ing hard at a jiu-jitsu gym” in a bid to stay in shape.
Jack decided to completely overhaul his life in his 20s, after ditching booze and drugs.
The star previously revealed how he lost around 23kg at a Muay Thai martial arts camp in Thailand.
He then documented his overall 70-pound (31kg) weight loss on his TV show, Jack Osbourne: Adrenaline Junkie.
Meanwhile, Jack isn’t the only one in his family to be criticised about his weight loss.

In happier news, in March, Jack announced that he and his wife had welcomed a baby girl.
The star also revealed his daughter’s name was Ozzy Matilda Osbourne in a sweet nod to his late father.
In an Instagram snap posted at the time, the tot was pictured lying peacefully next to what appeared to be a bat plushie and a badge that said ‘Hello World’.
Jack captioned the post: “She’s arrived and she’s perfect.”

The star’s rock legend dad Ozzy, who died in July 2025 aged 76, had been told he was going to be a grandfather again before his death.
Jack previously revealed he and wife Aree Gearhart’s tot was giving him hope while grieving for his Black Sabbath rock legend dad Ozzy.
The proud dad has three daughters from his previous marriage – while his and Aree’s firstborn is three-year-old Maple.
