Welsh TV star Gethin Jones, best known for co-hosting Morning Live often alongside Helen Skelton, has admitted he has a “problem” on Instagram. Taking to his social media account, Gethin said he shared the same problem as a viewer.
He said: “So following Dan getting in touch with Morning Live yesterday and he couldn’t stop biting his nails at 52 and I have the same problem… Helen this week, Helen keeps slapping my hand during the show, because I am biting my nails!”
Gethin went on to explain that Rebecca Wilcox, one of the experts on Morning Live who gave advice to Dan including using fidget toys, had brought in fidget toys for Gethin to try.
In September 2025, they were spotted having a cosy lunch together.
Gethin, 47, was the perfect gentleman, offering his umbrella to Helen, 42, as they made their way into a venue close to their TV studios in Manchester where Morning Live is filmed.
Despite getting caught in the rain himself, he ensured Helen stayed dry under the umbrella.
Helen looked stylish in brown Adidas track pants and a white top.
Gethin, meanwhile, opted for black work trousers and a grey T-shirt for the outing, sparking speculation about whether they might be rekindling their romance.
But the pair have remained tight-lipped.
Although not photographed together, both seemed upbeat as they picked up their morning coffees.
Helen, 42, was seen in a long brown buttoned dress, while Gethin kept it casual in black trousers and a pale blue t-shirt, complete with a rucksack.
The pair had been close friends for some time but there are rumours it reportedly blossomed into something more when they were seen leaving the BAFTAs back in May.
Whilst they have never officially confirmed being in a relationship, they were seen spending time together off set and enjoying a spa day at a country club.
