This Morning presenter Alison Hammond fell for Russian masseur David Putman after meeting him in 2023 – and is now keen to take things to the next level

Alison Hammond said she is ‘loved up’ with her partner David
Alison Hammond is not shying away from the idea of marrying her partner David Putman, a 27-year-old Russian masseur.
Sparks flew between the two when Alison became his new client in 2023, after booking him for a massage.
The This Morning favourite, 50, said she is now ready to level up her relationship, and wouldn’t say no if he proposed.
When asked about a potential marriage, she replied: “I’d never say no.”
She went on to say she is unsure if she’d like a big star-studded wedding or a more intimate one, adding to Bella Magazine: “You keep guessing!”.
Alison additionally told the publication that she likes to keep details about her romance under wraps, though added: “But you know, I’m loved up, everyone knows.”

Proving to be a special one, David has won over Alison’s 20-year-old son Aidan, whom she co-parents with her former fiancé Noureddine Boufaied.
Speaking on the Parenting Hell podcast, she shared: “When they actually met, he really liked him, he really thought he was lovely, so that’s nice.
“Thank goodness for that! Because normally Aiden hates anybody I date, literally just not interested.
“And at moments you do think, who’s the parent here?!”.
Despite a 22-year age difference, Alison believes she and David piece together “like a jigsaw”.
Previously speaking to Good Housekeeping UK, she said: “And the things he says to me, they’re just so lovely. It’s like a jigsaw, we fit and it all comes together.
“Yes, I’m 22 years older than he is, but if you saw us together, you’d understand. People have said to me, ‘We get it now’.”
She went on to describe David as “so mature and sensible” and slammed the term “toyboy”, adding that it doesn’t accurately represent the depth of their connection.

Before meeting her current partner, Alison had spoken about why she believed she struggled to keep a relationship going.
During an appearance on Gyles Brandreth’s Rosebud podcast, she mentioned that she thoroughly enjoys her own company and never experienced feelings of loneliness.
“I think that’s why I struggle in relationships because I don’t want somebody around me all the time,” she candidly admitted.
“I love being on my own. I’m OK with it. I’ve never felt lonely.”
Furthermore, in a conversation on This Morning, Alison made a rare comment about her split from Aiden’s dad and how it affected her emotionally.
After Paloma Faith confessed to feeling like “a failure” following her split from her children’s dad, Alison empathised with her emotions.
Responding to the singer on the show, the presenter shared: “I felt that failure with my son’s dad when we broke up, but he moved on and has three other kids now and they are part of our life.”
