Jonathan Ross has revealed that the Celebrity Traitors stars are STILL ‘holding a grudge’ against him after the BBC One show came to an end.
The chat show host, who was chosen as a Traitor by host Claudia Winkleman alongside comedian Alan Carr and singer Cat Burns, took to his podcast to admit his co-stars still haven’t forgiven him for being a baddie on the series.
Jonathan, 63, joined winner Alan, 49, and Cat, 25, in murdering a number of his fellow famous faces, all while pretending to be Faithful.
Surviving 11 murders and banishments from the castle, he and his fellow Traitors took out more than half of the Faithful before he was finally uncovered.
And even though the show has come to an end, and the cast were reunited for a special episode of Uncloaked that saw them watch Alan steal the £87,000 cash prize from Faithfuls Nick Mohammed and David Olusoga, the dust still hasn’t settled.
Joined by his daughter Honey, 28, on Reel Talk, Jonathan admitted: ‘I’ve gone on record saying I struggled doing it. It was hard doing it.

‘And those who’ve now seen the final, the emotions you see at the end from someone – I’m not going to name names – you can see how hard we all found it… I think everyone found it.
‘It is a bit weird because there are a couple of people from in there – I’m not going to name names – who do seem to still, not hold a grudge exactly, but still seem to struggle with accepting that it was just a game, and that the lying and accusations that flew around were all part of the game.
‘They are nothing to do with who we are or what we are or how we interact outside of that hothouse environment. But it is kind of weird.’
Jonathan went on to share he was baffled that his co-stars reacted this way – but understood the way the game could be ‘triggering’ due to its nature, which sees Traitors lie to and deceive their Faithful friends.
“I hate the word “triggering” because it’s such a common word to use now and I think it’s used too casually,’ the Jonathan Ross show host added.
‘But I think when you’re in a stressful situation you rarely react just because of that situation.
‘There’s almost always other factors that you might not even be aware of – old wounds and fears you might have about how you’re perceived or how you think people see you or how you think you are acting or whether you’re acting quickly.’
It comes after Nick Mohammed has revealed his extreme reaction to comedian Alan winning the BBC One series.

The actor, who is best known for his role in Apple TV+ series Ted Lasso, was seen swearing and covering his face as Alan, 49, was revealed as a Traitor in the finale episode that 11million viewers tuned in to watch last Thursday.
Now, Nick, 45, has revealed he had an even more shocking response to the end of the series that was never shown on the BBC – that saw him and David Olusoga betrayed at the last moment.
Hitting out that he has ‘no desire’ to ever take part in a reality series like the popular format again, the actor admitting that he let slip a few more swear words that were shown on screen, with Nick only being shown saying: ‘Oh, f**k!’
He revealed in an interview with The Times: ‘There was a lot more they edited out. I was effing and blinding, I was so shocked.
‘Then I just lost control of my legs and I was on the floor, and then when Alan burst into tears I couldn’t bear it, but I also thought, “Oh my God, this is going to be great television”.
‘Nobody wanted to see me and David win together. It would’ve been so boring.’
Asked why he didn’t suspect Alan at the final hurdle, the Ted Lasso star admitted he felt it was implausible Alan had killed off his best pal Paloma Faith.
The comedian had pulled the ultimate betrayal in the first killing, when he ‘poisoned’ Paloma, 44, by touching her face in the show’s first murder.

Instead, he decided to keep Alan in the game in the hopes that he was a Faithful as he had promised the group he was, because there was ‘no point voting out another Faithful’ at the end of the show.
Nick also opened up on why he voted show best pal Joe Marler out of the show at the final roundtable over something he said to him at Ardross Castle.
The actor said it reminded him of series two winner, Traitor Harry Clark, who made it to the final with Faithful Mollie Pearce before stealing away the winnings after convincing her he was Faithful.
After Joe told Nick he wanted it to be ‘just the two of them’ in the final, Nick became worried he was having the wool pulled over his eyes by the rugby player.
Despite fans loving him on the series, the Slow Horses star admitted he has no desire to return to a similar reality TV format, concluding: ‘I have no desire to do anything like this again, to do reality TV. I want to act.’
Joe, 35, broke his silence after his ‘heartbreaking’ loss during Thursday’s nail-biting final – which saw him voted out by Nick, Alan and David, 55.
In a twist that nobody could have seen coming, Alan somehow managed to hoodwink Nick and David into believing he was a Faithful, ensuring that as a Traitor he won the entire £87,500 prize pot.
Despite Joe, 35, correctly guessing that Alan and Cat Burns, 25, were the remaining Traitors, he failed to convince the others and was brutally banished at the last minute after being double crossed by Nick.

During an appearance on Saturday Kitchen the rugby legend admitted he had been devastated by his pal’s betrayal, but said they have since made up.
‘He [Nick] didn’t stick to my plan, he went with his gut, which was a shame. But I still was so in love with him, because that little dicky bow, his little face, the three little love hearts he put by my name [on the blackboard during the vote].’
Before adding: ‘Although in that moment, I was heartbroken.’
Joe, believing Alan and Cat were the Traitors, made a pact to vote against David while secretly plotting to expose them later – but it backfired on him.
Viewers watched with baited breath as David desperately defended himself, before Cat was voted out after Joe made a last minute U-turn.
Remaining Traitor Alan told viewers Cat’s departure had ‘thrown a spanner in the works’ as he had to battle it out for the win solo.
Celebrity Traitors is available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
